Raw Geometry
Geometría Cruda is a visual study that explores the relationship between nature and geometry. Inspired by the rigorous composition of architecture and the precision of classical sculpture, this work transforms organic elements into visual studies of form, texture, and balance.
Each image in Geometría Cruda is a construction where geometry merges with the ephemeral. Flowers, plants, and food are stripped of their usual context to become objects of contemplation, pieces that engage in a dialogue between the natural and the artificial, between rawness and delicacy.
The project plays with the duality of the living and the inert, granting each element a sculptural, almost totemic presence. In this process, the organic becomes mathematical, matter turns into structure, and the everyday takes on a monumental dimension. Light, always precise, sculpts the forms with a restrained language, highlighting texture, fragility, and the latent strength in each image.
Through a contained color palette and a meticulous use of space, Geometría Cruda creates an atmosphere of contemplation, where beauty emerges from the balance between natural disorder and the obsession with composition.
This photobook is, in essence, a tribute to precision within chaos, a visual exploration where the minimal becomes absolute, and where the simplest matter is revealed as a work of art in itself.
